Are there any booking fees?

No. SafariBomba is free to use to both passengers and bus owners.

If your platform is free, how do you make money then?

Of course every successful business requires a source of funds in order to success and support itself. In our case, we raise money from sponsored ads on our platform.

How do I pay for my bus ticket? How are payments processed?

We do not process any transaction on behalf of the bus agents. Instead we only use our payment platform, LipaBomba, to facilitate payments direct from the passenger to the bus agent.

I want to cancel my booking. How does it work? WHo to contact?

Every bus operator has its own cancellation policy which you are advised to read before booking the ticket. Please contact them direct within our platform in order to cancel your ticket. Your request will be processed per the bus operator's policy. We may also help to guide you through the process if you need our help.
